Magnolia S.p.A. and DRY Media announced their merger in a new brand Banijay Italia. The operation was formalized by Banijay Group today and follow the recent merger with Endemol Shine Group announced last week, after Mipcom.
The company will be under the super group of Banijay. The company will take all the productions activity under one only supervision. The country manager of Italy and Spain, Paolo Bassetti. The company will produce hit brand like Pechino express, L'Isola dei famosi.
Banijay Italia is the unique brand that includes DRY Media and Magnolia S.p.A.
