Rai1 will launch the drama series Bella da morire (Tr. Beauty to die for) on Sunday 15 March. Headstrong police detective Eva Cantina finds herself investigating the death of Gioia Scuderi, the most beautiful girl in the village. The pair are linked by an almost invisible, yet terrible thread. Eva enlists the help of two other women to solve the case; a magistrate and a coroner. The plot explores themes of "men vs. women" and uncovers deep-rooted fears within today's society. The four-episode series is produced by Cattleya and Rai Fiction. Starring Cristiana Capotondi and Matteo Martari.
