NTV’s new history crime series Noble detective was presented at the Key Buyers Event: digital edition, the first international online market of Russian media content.
The story unfolds in the early 20th-century Saint Petersburg, the capital of the Russian Empire. Nikolay Bezsonov, a young man of the famous gentry descent, accidentally and at the behest of his heart joins the criminal investigation police. He’s smart, well-educated, noble, has a remarkable memory and treats everyone righteously. His colleagues, however, are quite cold towards him. Only experienced investigator Pyotr Schukin sees Nikolay’s potential of becoming a police star. The series stars Denis Nurulin and Aleksei Grishin.
The other series is titled Murderous Fervor, a new history series, screened at Key Buyers Event as well.
