With a mental deficiency, Memo is a shepherd who is happy in his small world. In 1983, when he is framed for the murder of the martial law commander’s daughter, his life is turned upside down. He is sentenced to death penalty and gets locked up in the seventh ward, where he has a small chance of staying alive. While everyone is seeking justice, Memo and his daughter Ova’s only wish is to get reunited.
