The first run of Aleph was aired on Achla TV in October. Aleph is a new genre for Israel and Achla TV is planning to air the second run in November. Aleph, an 8-part mystical crime series, has also delivered a record-high performance on FX and BluTV. Starring Kenan Imirzalioglu (Ezel), Ahmet Mumtaz Taylan and Melisa Sozen, Aleph
is directed by the award-winning director Emin Alper and produced by MAY Productions.
Aleph revolves around two detectives as they investigate a set of murders in Istanbul. Detectives Kemal and Settar pursue a dervish serial killer who sets a series of mysterious clues, launching them on a quest that will make them confront their pasts in a series enriched with traces of Ottoman and Islamic history.
