16-year-old Louise's life is turned upside down when her best friend Monica is raped at a party. Burdened by guilt, Louise singlehandedly begins to investigate the crime, but the more she unravels the more complicated it becomes. When digging deeper into the case Louise discovers that everyone has secrets and forbidden emotions, and she begins to suspect that the rapist might be one within her group of friends. It all collides when Louise starts to develop feelings for the mysterious outsider, Thais, who - according to her friends - is the alleged rapist. Suddenly Louise is faced with a serious decision: shall she stick with her friends or follow her heart and defend Thais who she believes is innocent?
