FormatBiz | Canale 5 will air a new family series Buongiorno Mamma

On Wednesday, April 22 in prime time, Canale 5 broadcast a new series Buongiorno Mamma (Good Morning Mom), that follows Sole, a 16-year-old girl who is completely idealist, but very introverted. She spends most of her time with her best friend Greg, who realizes that he is in love with her. But the young girl too is hiding a secret: her mother has been in a coma for six years, and she grew up with only one parent, her father Guido. Sole begins a relationship with Federico, a boy from her school, and becomes pregnant by him. Greg is visibly upset, but decides to stay by her side and help her in such a complicated time. Sole will have to tell her father the whole truth and face the situation.

The first episode won the slot with3.8mln viewers and an audience share of 18%.

The two episode of 50' are broadcast back-to-back each week.

The series features Raul Bova, Serena Autieri, Eramso Genzini, Elena Funari, Matteo Oscar Giuggioli, Ginevra Francescono, Marco Valerio Bartocci, Beatrice Arnera, Stella Egitto, Barbara Folchitto, Filippo Gili and Domenico Diele.
