The fourth edition of Iberseries & Platino Industria kicks off tomorrow with over 2,000 professionals from 50 countries
This Tuesday, October 1st, the fourth edition of Iberseries & Platino Industria will begin at Matadero Madrid, organized by EGEDA and Fundación Secuoya, in collaboration with FIPCA, and supported by the Madrid City Council, the Community of Madrid, ICEX, and the Spanish Ministry of Culture. Sponsored by Madrid Film Office and Film Madrid, it also has the collaboration of Spain Film Commission, UN SDSN, and the Madrid Audiovisual Cluster.
Over four days, more than 2,000 professionals from 50 countries will gather in Madrid to exchange ideas and opportunities in the Ibero-American and Portuguese audiovisual sector. This event brings together creators, producers, platforms, TV networks, talents, and executives from nearly 1,000 companies, along with tourism, education, and technology entities.
This year highlights the increased participation of professionals from the United States, especially in the US Day, focused on US Hispanic content. There is also growing interest from European countries such as Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Iberseries & Platino Industria offers more than 120 activities, including conferences, screenings, co-production forums, pitch sessions, and workshops on showrunning, artificial intelligence in post-production, and content strategy.
