Created by CANAL+ and Black Dynamite Production (Mediawan), this innovative format, which has already gained popularity in France, is now set to expand globally, with markets like the U.S., U.K., Italy, Spain, and Germany already securing rights.
HIT THE MIC! seeks to discover new voices in sports commentary, with contestants showcasing their ability to bring sporting events to life. Adaptable to any sport, the show highlights strong personalities and storytelling skills. Following its success in France, where a second season is now in production, the show is poised for international growth.
STUDIOCANAL and Mediawan Rights will co-handle worldwide sales, supporting this ambitious format. Mediawan's Valérie Vleeschhouwer and STUDIOCANAL’s Anne Chérel expressed excitement about the project’s global potential.
