The Digital Welcome Pack (DWPack) works through a streamlined web platform and mobile app setup designed for ease of access and customization and Rodrigues exposed the different steps of the app:

Setup on Web Platform: Once a project is registered on DWPack, administrators can upload and organize all relevant information, from production schedules and crew lists to local recommendations like restaurants, accommodations, and transportation options.

User Access on Mobile App: Production team members receive an invite to download the app and access tailored information. The content is organized into categories, such as project essentials, local services, and cultural tips. Each team member views information relevant to their role, which administrators can filter by department or individual needs.

Real-Time Updates: Administrators can make instant updates to the information, ensuring that all users are constantly informed about any changes, such as schedule shifts or new local recommendations, without relying on traditional PDFs or emails.

Offline Accessibility: Since film and production crews often work in remote locations, DWPack allows offline access to all stored information, meaning the team can retrieve essential details even without an internet connection.
