Since 2004, the TV Export Awards have recognized the efforts of French distribution companies and the global reach of French audiovisual content across three categories: Animation, Documentary, and Fiction.
Stable Performance in 2023
In 2023, sales of French audiovisual programs reached €203.4 million, a slight 5.3% decline from the exceptional figures of 2022. However, this still marks only the third time in 30 years that the €200 million milestone has been exceeded, reflecting the continued strength of French exports in the sector.
