The finalists were chosen by a jury comprising more than 180 prominent executives specializing in acquisitions, commissioning, and production across the television industry in Latin America, Spain, Portugal, and the US Hispanic market.
The final awards gala will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hilton Miami Downtown, as part of Content Americas.
During the ceremony, the Rose d’Or Latinos will also honor Mexican actor and producer Eugenio Derbez, winner of SAG and Emmy awards, with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Derbez has produced and starred in his own comedy shows for the past 25 years, achieving the highest ratings for Spanish-language comedy on television. His unscripted series ‘LOL’ and ‘De Viaje con los Derbez’ are among the top-performing titles on Amazon in Latin America. Additionally, he starred in Apple TV+’s CODA, the 2021 Oscar-winning film.
