Led by Flavio Montrucchio, who will host in his kitchen a well-known character, to whom to reveal the secrets of a quality cuisine, fast but full of flavors and creativity. Produced by Intrattenimento Day Time Rai in collaboration with Triangle.
In addition to creating the menu, viewers receive useful information and original advice: some of the most famous food bloggers will reveal little tricks that can be very useful in the kitchen or when shopping. Expert nutritionists suggest in a simple and direct way how to maintain a proper eating style without sacrificing the pleasure of the table.
Confirmed for this season the presence of Angelica Sepe, this time in version "Grandmother Angelica": will be around to do the shopping untangling between the stalls of the markets in search of the best products and the right cost; and will be the protagonist of nice columns in which he will tell the story of the dishes of popular tradition.
