ABC ordered The Golden Bachelorette for fall premiere. The news was confirmed by the broadcaster after the success of The Golden Bachelor and its spin-offs (see The Golden Wedding) that doubled the channel's average.
The series will be broadcast by ABC and on Hulu.
This time a "mature woman" will take the role of the bachelorette looing for a second chance in love.
The format will be produced by Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in association with Warner Horizon. Claire Freeland, Jason Ehrlich, Bennett Graebner and Andrew Frank will serve as executive producers.
