On Wednesday, March 6, Canal 5 aired the third series of one-woman entertainment show Michelle Impossibile & Friends, with Michelle Hunziker joined by many guests from across the world of showbiz. The show drew 2.2 million viewers and a 15.8% share (down from last year’s 2.8 million and 21.3% respectively). 3 episodes produced internally by Mediaset, the show recorded an average of 2 million viewers and an audience share of 14.6%.

On the occasion of Rai’s 70th anniversary, Rai 1 broadcast two episodes of cult quiz show Rischiatutto, under the title Rischiatutto 70, on Saturday 2 and 9 March. The show hosted by Carlo Conti recorded an average of 3.5 million viewers and an audience share of 21.7%. Rischiatutto was originally aired from 1970–1974 and was brought back once in 2016. One episode was already broadcast on January 3 this year, drawing 4.53 million viewers (28.1% share).

On Thursday, March 7, Sky Uno premiered the 11th edition of adventure-game show Pechino Express (Peking Express). It debuted with 402k viewers and an audience share of 2. Produced by Banijay Italia.

On Tuesday, March 19, Real Time premiered the 8th edition of dating show Primo Appuntamento (First Dates) hosted by Flavio Montrucchio. Produced by Stand By Me and distributed by WBITVP. It debuted with 327k viewers (1.7% share).

After nine Saturday’s evenings dominated by C’è Posta per Te (You Got A Mail) hosted by Maria De Filippi, which recorded an average of 4.5 million viewers (30.13% share). The same slot was occupied by hit talent show Amici (season 23). The first episode premiered in prime time on Saturday, March 23, with 3.7 mln viewers and an audience share of 26.7%, and peaks of 4.2 mln viewers. Stripped cooking show Cortesie per gli ospiti (Tr. Courtesies for Guests) launched its 20th series on Real Time on Monday, March 25 which recorded 647k viewers and 3% share. Produced by Banijay Italia, starring Csaba Dalla Zorza, Roberto Valbuzzi and Tommaso Zorzi as new entry.
