The 3rd night of the 75th Sanremo Music Festival 2025, aired on Rai 1, continued to captivate audiences, achieving an impressive 10.4 million viewers with a 59.7% share. The pre-show Sanremo Start drew 12.6 million viewers (52.06%), while the Prima Festival segment attracted 8.97 million (40.91%). The first part of the main event (21:24 - 23:30) peaked at 13.36 million viewers (59.82%), while the second part (23:35 - 1:11) retained 6.48 million (59.21%). The late-night Dopo Festival segment still managed a 45.66% share with 2 million viewers.

The evening featured the 14 remaining artists performing their competing songs for the second time. Additionally, the Newcomers' final saw Settembre emerge victorious with the song Vertebre, surpassing Alex Wyse (Rockstar).

The night was enriched by guest performances, including Edoardo Bennato (Sono solo canzonette) and an electrifying Duran Duran medley, featuring Victoria De Angelis of Måneskin on bass.

Co-hosts Miriam Leone, Elettra Lamborghini, and Katia Follesa brought humor and charm, even appearing in pajamas on stage to joke about the late-night schedule. The show also featured a live connection to the Suzuki Stage, where Ermal Meta performed Vietato morire.
