Following the recent announcement of a Chinese adaptation, yes Studios  confirmed that its acclaimed drama series Your Honor will next be adapted in Ukraine. The company has signed a straight-to-series deal with 1+1 Media, one of the largest media groups in Eastern Europe and a leading Ukrainian broadcaster and producer.

The Ukrainian version will air on the 1+1 Ukraine channel as a 16-episode series. The adaptation process is already underway, with the creative team working on the script and production details, which will be revealed soon.

The original Israeli format became a global hit, and we are confident our Ukrainian version will deeply resonate with audiences."

Originally created by Ron Ninio and Shlomo Mashiach, Your Honor (S1: 12x35’, S2: 10x40’) is a high-stakes legal thriller about a respected judge whose son becomes involved in a hit-and-run accident, forcing him into a web of moral dilemmas and devastating consequences. The series, produced by yes TV and Koda Communications, has been recognized at nearly 20 international festivals, including SerienCamp in Germany and the Chicago International TV Festival, and won the Grand Prix at Series Mania in 2017.

The Ukrainian adaptation marks the 11th international remake of Your Honor, joining successful versions in the US, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Turkey, India, Russia, and Hong Kong.
