Turkish broadcaster Kanal 7 has ordered new seasons of two long-running series from producers Karamel Yapim. LEGACY will get a third season, while THE PROMISE has been renewed for its fifth. Both titles are distributed worldwide by Eccho Rights.

LEGACY is a daily drama that has won a huge following not only in Turkey but also around the world. Eccho Rights has sold the series to more than 30 territories to date, including Spain, Israel, throughout Eastern Europe, and ten countries in South and Central America.

THE PROMISE is another international hit, licensed in more than 40 territories since launching in 2019, including India and the US.

“These two series continue to be among the most in-demand with buyers and audiences all around the world. They provide long term, secure value to broadcasters as well as daily nerve shredding romantic tension for their viewers,” says Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama at Eccho Rights.
