At MIP Junior in Cannes, on October 19th, 2024, French animation studios Dandelooo and TeamTO announced their collaboration on a new preschool comedy series, What’s Up Eesha?, targeting children aged 4-6. The 52-episode 3D series, each episode lasting 11 minutes, was developed by TeamTO in partnership with France Télévisions and directed by Loic Espuche. It is based on characters and stories created by author Jean Gourounas, whose books are published by L'Atelier du Poisson Soluble.

Under the distribution deal, Dandelooo will handle global rights, except in certain regions like French-speaking and Italian-speaking Europe, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan, where TeamTO retains rights. The show follows Eesha, an imaginative and creative young penguin, along with her energetic friends whose ideas often make her adventures even more exciting.

Emmanuèle Pétry, Producer & Head of International at Dandelooo, expressed excitement about working with TeamTO, calling Eesha "a sensitive and funny penguin." Corinne Kouper, SVP of Development and Production at TeamTO, praised the series for emphasizing collaboration.
