On Wednesday, January 22, Warner Bros. Discovery will kick off its participation with a panel titled Content Strategies: Warner Bros. Discovery Latin America. The session will feature:
Mariano Cesar, SVP of General Entertainment, Original Content, and Programming Strategy
Pablo Zuccarino, SVP and Head of Kids & Animation LatAm and Portfolio Strategy International
Patricia Jasin, SVP of International TV Distribution Latin America & Country Manager Colombia
Over 45 minutes, these key executives will discuss Warner Bros. Discovery’s content strategy in the region, key priorities, challenges, and opportunities for the Max platform, as well as the role of content distribution in its Latin American expansion.
Also on Wednesday, January 22, Pablo Zuccarino will serve as a judge for the Content Americas Hispanic Kids Programming Pitch. This year, the competition focuses on film and series projects for Ibero-American children’s audiences seeking international co-production deals. Finalists will pitch their projects live to an expert panel, with winners announced at the event’s closing ceremony.
On Thursday, January 23, Vanessa Miranda, Head of Scripted Content at Warner Bros. Discovery Latin America, will join the panel Commissioning & Buying Trends and Opportunities. Alongside top industry executives, she will discuss programming needs, commissioning strategies, content development interests, and co-production opportunities.
