Prime Video has unveiled the first images from the third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty. The Original series will return to Cousins Beach this July with an 11-episode season, available exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Jenny Han and Sarah Kucserka return as showrunners for the third season. Han, Kucserka, and Karen Rosenfelt serve as executive producers, alongside Paul Lee, Hope Hartman, and Mads Hansen for wiip. The series is a co-production between Amazon MGM Studios and wiip.
Based on Jenny Han’s best-selling book trilogy, the Prime Video drama series has become a cultural phenomenon, capturing hearts around the world. The first season premiered in summer 2022 and became Prime Video’s #1 series during its debut weekend. The second season, which premiered in summer 2023, more than doubled the viewership of season one within just three days of its launch.

The Summer I Turned Pretty is a multigenerational drama centered around a love triangle between a girl and two brothers, the evolving relationships between mothers and their children, and the enduring power of strong female friendships. It’s a coming-of-age story about first love, first heartbreak, and the magic of a perfect summer.

Jenny Han is the author of the best-selling series To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and The Summer I Turned Pretty, both of which have topped The New York Times best-seller list and have been translated into over 30 languages. In television, she created two series based on her books: Prime Video’s The Summer I Turned Pretty, where she serves as executive producer and co-showrunner, and Netflix’s XO, Kitty, a spin-off from the To All the Boys universe, where she is also an executive producer. In film, she is executive producer of all three globally successful To All the Boys movies on Netflix. Han lives in Brooklyn, New York.
